1) She was under 22 - she doesn't need to study longer ( my point was if they refuse, its visa officers mistake and your appeal would be dealt with easily and not heard many cases about this )
2) It doesn't have to be IN-PROCESS, it can go direct to Decision Made - so don't worry about it
3) Navdeep is not Parent Sponsorship - he is vice-versa ( Parents are sponsoring him )
4) Order GCMS notes every 15 days or 1 month to see updates

Hi User828,

Normally, super visa insurance is available for only 1 year. How did you manage your parents medical insurance beyond 1 year? did they had to leave country to get the insurance or you could get it extended here without any issues?

how much are the charges for the medical to be done in Canada for your parents?

Thank you,

They came on regular visit visa and we extended for 6 mos and then 1 year - not necessary to buy insurance however since they did meds for PR app inside Canada, I showed that on the online app so there was no issue. We did buy insurance 8 months b4 getting the PR and it was a la carte style

No it wouldm't help at all - they have set due dates and you must have seen in this thread how meds expired for many - they simply ask for remeds but unless their background checks are complete including final review, they won't issue visa ( meds expiring or not )
