Hello everyone,

I am new to this forum and I am asking for your feedback. Application is currently in Vienna and this is the timeline:

Nov 16, 2009 - Applied to sponsor parents.
March 2012 - Asked for additional documents.
June 20, 2012 - Application determined complete.
Dec 24, 2012 - Received a letter that I have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor.
January 2013 - Received email from Vienna that application was transferred from the CPC Mississauga to office in Vienna.

Basically nothing happened since.

I emailed Vienna in November 2013 about the status of the application (9 months inquiry) and received a generic email "Processing times may vary, ...". I have written another email to Vienna in Feb 2014 to inquire about the status of the application - received automatic reply and nothing else.

I am at the point of worry and frustration. I phoned immigration Canada but they are just telling me to contact Vienna office. And as I mentioned already Vienna is simply not communicating - one generic email and one automatic reply.

Please provide me with some sort of advice and feedback.

ok finally DM on my parents status. 4.A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

I hope it is a good news... is this is standard writing "concerning this decision"?

"Medical results have been received."

that mean our mdcl is cleard nd nw which r the further process. advice plz user828 nd other senior member if u have any knwledge ragrding this.

I have had replies with 1 day, 1 week, 1 month and sometimes never - can't say - did you email or send letter?

I emailed them with case specific inquiry and did received conformation email right away that email has been send.

Its not really the mood but background processing time but CPP-Ottawa is faster than ND, except 1 case person had to wait 6 months after file showing Decision Made

they said this thing

Pursuant to your request for an update on your son Navdeep Singh sponsorship application, our office has been advised that file is pending a review. medicals are on file and valid until February 2015

i can,t understand one thing that when file went to in process .................how they can say that it is pending a review ...................can anyone help in this

1: Do you know when they will ask for Med ?

2: If i order GCMS , what is gonna be say on that ? is that good for me on this step if i order or i have to wait?

On my e-case it says we started processing your application on march/2014 !

GCMS is always good to order, infact keep ordering it - I am not familiar with Ankara Office but there is a thread on that
