received gcms notes criminalty passed,eliglbility in progress. does that mean they did have not start processing yet.

criminalit passes but eligibility in process?? in my case eligibilty passed first and then criminality(span of 2 months)..

Thank you Sidhu veer .. will sent them an e-mail regarding Medicals. I submitted request for notes on Thursday, they gave a temporary tracking number & new number will be issued when request is registered. I have not rec'd any other e-mail since than with new tracking number. is it normal for them to take this long to register the request?

I have been reading this forum for a few months now, and today I decided to seek your help in this unique scenario. Here is our case.

Filed Sponsorship - May, 2009 for my parents and 1 brother above 22

Additional Information and Medical Submitted to ND - June 2013

Jan 26th, 2014 - received an email asking for additional education documents for my brother

Feb 3rd, 2014 - submitted all the required documents

March 21st, 2014 - Received a call from ND Embassy on my father's cell phone asking for more details about my brother. By mistake he provided them with incorrect cell phone no. for my brother.

I have already sent an email to ND explaining this situation and provided the correct contact information.

Now Seeking help from all of you, what can I do in this situation to avoid any delays or refusals ?

its good you emailed them..also tr calling the embassy..they will direct your call to customer service..explain them your situation..try hard..

Hello inlaw many many congrats....... i hope u were having dependent in ur application isnt it so can u pls share information about depentdent in you case i mean below 22 at the time and has they asked any educational documents..........

Thanks...yes have dependent on file he is 26 now...she was 19 when we applied....no education docs were asked
