Dear All I have Four Questions :
A : When first Medical Examination is done / then why they ask for second Medical Examination ? Why they don't finalize the case & let it pending until first Medical gets expired ! Does it mean it has been Rush of cases in embassy ? or it shows normal process for getting 2nd Medical Examination also ?

B : My Family Interview was done in June 2013 but in E-CASE shows still ( Interview Scheduled on 20 June 2013 ) it must be written ( Interview Done on 20 June 2013 ) which isn't updated yet !

C : For Example if interview result be negative ? in how much time they inform us about Failure Interview Result ?

D : In E-CASE it shows " In Process " when it will be changed to " Decision Made " Before Passport Request ? or After Passport Request ? or After Visa is Issued ?

1. They ask for medicals hoping to finalize files within the validity of the medicals. However, due to unforeseen circumstances (strike action, additional docs, changes in statuses of applicants or their dependents, criminality and security checks, etc.) they might not be able to do it in time. So the medical expires and they ask for second medicals.

2. As far as I know, they do not bother updating about interviews on ECAS.

3. Generally a couple of weeks to a few weeks.

4. Ecas is updated with decision made when they have decided either to issue visa (visa is stamped at that time or soon after as the passports are with them at this stage) or to refuse the visa (refusal letter issued).

My mother's file is transferred to UK visa office as part of reduing the backlog of PGP Applications. Her LVO initially was ISB. I sent email to London office to change address and I see that now the mailing address on file is updated.
I beleive they will next ask for the documents like Police Certificate etc. My mother already obtained the police certificate from Pakistan in Sep. I am not sure if I need to get the new PC or the other one will still be valid. In Sep my mother came to Canada so her certificate covers the time she was in Pakistan. Also do I need to get certificate from Canada as well. She lived in Canada for 2 yrs from 2010-2012. My sister also studied in Malaysia and got a police certificate from there before coming bak to home country. Do we need to renew that police certificate?

I want to prepare documents before they ask for it. Any advice will be helpful.

You need new PCC for your mother or any dependents for Pakistan as PCC is valid for six month only. No for Canada as user828 mentioned as they do their own background check for Canada. Check for Malaysia that how long is the PCC valid for, usually they are valid for 6 month.

Anyone from ISB got any good news lately, I haven't heard from them after the Medicals last April and I don't know if anyone got any news or visas lately. Are they out of 2014 quota?

i guess the expression is "no news is good news" doesn't fit in our cases.
so no news as yet, have you applied for gcms notes, if not, apply it.

we recieved a fairness letter that my father is medical inadmissible they said that his condition may reach to the point that he will likely require bypass and will cause excessive demand on health services how can we address the issue of excessive demand? my sister will consult a lawyer tommorow

Hi..sorry to hear that.. hope Canada will consider your appeal. Do you mind sharing what is your father's health condition why they end up to that decision? My husband and i are sponsoring my inlaws and his mom has high BP and diabetes and we've been worried that they may fail medical exam.

Thank you palu. BP and diabetes is normal after a certain age. So do not worry. Additional medical tests would be to find out if there might be any other medical condition related to the current bp and diabetes that may lead to huge medical expenses by canada. Nothing to worry.

Hi Vansh333, we got a letter from Delhi VO stating that further tests are required to be done, consult your PP.

Yes, it is normal to ask for additional tests, may I ask how you get notified, did you receive any email, or the PP called you?

Does anyone has any Idea about my case, how much time it will take to get Passport Request or Even it will be Re-Medical Request ?
Right now on 6th March 2014 I checked my Case Online.

" In Process "
We started processing your application on January 01, 2008.

Interview scheduled for June 01, 2013.

Medical results have been received.
( Medicals will be expired on 20th March 2014 )
