Did you send email on your behalf? you need to be representative on file for them to respond - don't do it now, its too late in the game, instead have the inquiry sent from Principle Applicant

I did my medical in June last year and still no change on e-case status...It still shows nothing in terms of medicals, Its usually updated only when they will start processing your file... At least Thats what i heard...

Does they require pcc because its soo old tak i mean its 35 years old backk and some wehre i heard that they require pcc for 6 months or more u have lived during past 10 years preceding application of permenent recidence

No, its not 10 years, its since age 18 so you actually haven't explained this yet? that you cannot get PCC for this country

I have explained to them that I had applied but I cant get it so what r the chances they can waive the requirements and how long background checks will continue

I guess all the officers were busy with the new applications submitted in January. Hopefully they will start working on the backlog these days after the cap has been reached.

My apologies. Type A is the right one. I was working on multiple things at that time and so instead of A, I typed C. The point I would like to make here is you should have no problems but they may also look into what is your brother going to do in Canada if he is not interested in studies. They definitely consider the contribution of a prospective immigrant to their economy.

m so hopeful tht they will send document req in feb or next month.because the new 5000 pgp application are full nw.or feb is the
last month to fill the tax returns in canada.so hope for best.m in india so cant call cic.can u try to call them.

It takes a while for the ecas to be updated with medical results have been received. At least a month or two. As they give you some 45 or 60 days time to get your medicals done, the next review date is generally after that 45 or 60 days deadline (sometimes more) and then they look into your file.
