According to LICO, I need certain amount of salary to sponsor my father. My question is that whether the amounts shown in LICO are total salary or after tax deduction.

LOL... you are right bro... But I am just surprised and worried. The normal procedure is to ask the PCC with the medicals or PPR. Is it their mistake? Will all this delay the issuance of visa??? Any idea?

CIC sent me a letter that I have time till 30 Jan to submit PCC. I sent my PCC on 17 Dec. Till today no update. I am assuming that my next review date is set to sometime after 30 Jan. So this is how it will possibly delay the issuance of visa. It may or may not be their mistake but ultimately we suffer.

No point doing any of the above. My sponsor emailed the Prime Minister and his PA replied they cannot help and forwarded our email to the immigration minister. No response from the immigration dept yet. My sponsor sent a direct email to the minister. No response yet.

Medical was done on 3 dec 2012 now they are telling me this

..thats exactly why you should keep ordering notes, you could have this issue long back and now you have to do meds again, after trying to fight with them that you got it done the first time. It could be the DMP screwed up

Guys.

I am new one here. Got my parents sponsorship going from LVO-ND and finally we are at medical.

I have a question about medicals. My dad had prostate cancer 2 yrs ago, he got treated and he is fine now. He gets checked every 3-4 months and as per doctors, there is no issue now.

My question is, can this impact our case negatively?? Would any one have any experience.

You wont get a new tracking number. You will have to wait for 30 days from the time you have applied for the notes.
