nothing still,,,bcz saturday, sunday is off at ND,,may get something in this week....one of our known also face same problm,,they made mp inquiry..they replied we send a letter ,,but don't get reply...after this ND made a call and said we sent a letter regarding requst of ur passport and u didn't reply us and now send ur passport,,these guys got visa in june 2013..their medical is not expired at that time,,but in my case our medical is already expired

ok ok thanks for ur reply i am also 2007 nov applicant medical expired in october but till date i have not heard any thing or not recieved any thing so by listening ur case i am also little bit worried?? bcs as we see mostly all applicant of 2007 has got some letters some only remainnig ????

In-Process on 16 Dec 2013 and no updates since. Over a month now

hello brother u have just seen 1 monnth since in process we are waiting since 15 months since our ecas has gone to in process and more over u have provided pcc of ireland just few weeks agoo noo , so i think ur march medcial well not expire and one thing more , i want to know from u that these 2007 applicants are not getting good news as i have noticed from jan 2014 so can u pls comment on this thing as i am also 2007 nov applicatn and u are also 2007 april what is the matter ,, how long they weill take to issue visa i mean our medical has expired in october 2013 but no news are there since last 3 ,months so is there any possibility of extension of medicals

And yes yipeeeeee we got our passports back with visa stamped finally... Such a huge sigh of relief.. The best thing is my e-cas still shows 'Application in process'

Have no bounties to my happiness today.. After restless days worrying about whether or not I would get it in time it has finally arrived. And many many thanks to the NDVO.. I know i emailed them like 5 times and called like every morning but after they replied the job was done in a day...

Well yeah my father was the principal applicant, mom spouse dependent..

Me and my bro were dependents... I am 23 now and bro 24 (were 6 years under when we started the application)

Since CIC.GC.CA website updated i can't check my E-case , My Case if Refugee , in Refugee Government Assisted Refugees , & my File No : B XXXXXXXXXXX , i accurate my spell , name and dates . but still not working can anyone help.

yes, I am. It is showing In process since Dec. 9 but no updates yet. Medicals received on July 2 in ECAS updates. I am sure something good will happen in the coming week. Good luck to you too. No worries. They are working on cases. It all depends on the officer how fast they can get through the files but I am sure that it is not gonna be longer than a week based on what I am reading from other members.

I hope it's sooner than later. Too much time has passed for all of us. Hopefully good news for everyone soon.

Before going to in-process, my file was application received for over a year. The trend I have seen recently is that most people have got their files to decision made soon after in-process like in a week or two. So I was thinking that way. My file went to in-process on 16th Dec and I sent PCC from Ireland on 17th Dec.

The reason my application is taking longer than usual is because it was refused in March 2012 and I had to go through the appeal procedures and hearing which took me an extra 15-16 months and then on top of everything, the six month long strike by foreign service officers.

I still do not understand why it is taking this long for you, pari4u, manukhan and other few applicants from 2007 for decisions to be made and visas being issued. My personal thinking is that CIC is not following any sequence in processing applications. No matter what the reason is, they should be efficient enough to finish processing an application between 4-5 years since it has been filed.

If we suppose your medical validity has been extended, then it would be at the most three months which would be Jan 2014. I doubt that might not be the case as Jan has almost come to an end. However, anything is possible with CIC like last week they rang a forum member's family and asked them to fly within 4/5 days and if not they were to issue instructions for re-medicals. There is a high possibility that you may have to get your medicals done again. Order GCMS notes again and see what is the reason for the delay.
