I will surely let you know if I get any response from them.. I went through a lawyer and they are very confident that they will return the passport in time. So I can only keep my fingers crossed and hope for my luck to work this time.. Else I am in a total mess as it is gonna be an illegal default on my behalf to stay in London beyond 23rd Jan

no we didnt get gcms notes,how do we get them?
medicals were done on 3 dec 2012 and status shows that they started processing our case on 27 dec 2012
its been a year,we dont have any clue whats going on
we mailed an enquiry but they didnt reply.
my graduation completed in april 2013 after that i enrolled myself into mba

there are few of us like you are here , well atleast you have processing strat ondec 27 i dont even have that i just have we recived your appli nov 2008 and medical recived, as per GCMS the medical exp on 16 jan for us. your sponcer can order the GCMS notes for all of you, its about $5 chcek the User828 signature it has all the details about how to apply for it but it tacke about month to recive it what was your age when you apply the visa ? were over age 22 or under 22?

I couldn't believe my eyes what I read this morning
Now, as soon the passport comes, will travel to India and pick up passports and then flagpole
Only benefit to this long wait time is now my parents will get 50% of their stay in Canada towards their citizenship so around 8 months

my status doesnot tell me that the medicals recieved.it says we recieved your application on april 2008 and started processing on 27 dec
i was 18 when my sister applied now i'm 23.
,its been 66 months total

I made a mistake in applying, I applied using the forms for Family Class (it does mention on the page till now that these forms are for family including Parents!). Right after I posted my package on Jan 3, a relative of mine indicated that I have send the wrong forms as the new forms for Parents and Grandparents have a different evaluation forms (which accounts for the 3 years before this application). Also it has additional family members form. I made a big mistake. Will my application be accepted. I am thinking of sending a letter to CIC with my missing two forms, apart for that I think the form is complete. Besides that I am sure they do look at the envelope inside documents before counting towards the CAP of 5000 as the receive many letters daily with different correspondences. It will take them time to analyze each package. Will they join my correction correspondence with my initial application as the remaining documents.

As far as I know they are accepting completed applications so till the time you get it back and correct them, it might be too late

Hi Pari, thax dear - I am with you on this, Meds expiry is just horrible, hope they extend but its really unfair to ask someone to rush like that

My mantra was to order GCMS every 15 days, if it wasnt for that, these guy had confused my fathers travel history as work history then they updated with "seems like client has included both in same page"
They called my friend and were about to ask his work details etc, he is retired lol
But keeping on top is the best way to go. I see more complications in dependents file
