Hi everyone. My parents got divorced after 20 years of marriage and then re-married after one month about 7 years ago. Should I mention in IMM 0008 form in question 17 the previous marriage even though this is a marriage with the same person? Thanks a lot.
I gather this is for your application to sponsor your parents, correct?
I would say that you should include this as a new marriage between them, because...it is. They were legally married, then legally divorced, followed by a second legal marriage.
