Assume that it will take 2 years from application submission.

You may need to give biometrics with your application. This processing time includes the time you need to give your biometrics.

My parents PR was applied on 10 May 2019, Biometrics and medical done in NOV 2019. Got in-principle approval and PCC and medicals all done before pandemic. Now its been more than 19 months but no update for Passport stamping. Pls advise or help, when can we expect the same.
