what will be happen
if parents (on PR not having Citizen ship ) gives birth( in canada)

1 to a boy (will they get citizen ship or not )
2 to a girl (will they get citizen ship or not )

As long as the parents are not diplomats, the child will be a citizen.

The parents do not get citizenship just because they have a Canadian citizen child. They have the option, like all PR's to live in Canada for 3 years and then apply for citizenship, pass a test and take an oath.
