Very normal. PGP is a very slow process and there is a 40k application backlog outside Quebec so it will take years to process applications given the annual quota.
Hello everyone,
I’ve received the PPC request for my parents, and I have a question regarding the residential address and email address updates.
Do I need to prepare a cover letter stating that there are no changes to the residential address? Also, where should I provide the email address for future communication?
I’m wondering whether I should prepare a Cover letter Word document to include this information.
To submit all these document I believe webform is best option since I do not have any UCI.
Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

how is everyone submitting PCC and response to AOR letter for address update? AOR letter does not indicate how to? webform? any other alternative?
Along with PCC I submitted a cover letter saying that there are no changes to Address & contact information. I provided the same email address of principal applicant and submitted everything via webform

By when do you think the PGP 2025 applications will get PR? Will it be like the 30+months published on the IRCC website?
There isn’t a consistent timeline. Some may get it earlier than 30 weeks while others will wait longer. IRCC is trying to reduce the annual PR quota for PGP applicants and there was already a backlog. What happens to PGP in the next few years will also have an impact on current processing times. Given the healthcare wait times and the general public’s recent discovery that PGP exists I would feel incredibly lucky to have an application that has been selected and is being processed no matter how long it takes.

I received the biometrics instruction letter for my mom on February 9 and completed the biometrics on February 11. Then, on February 12, I received an eligibility letter requesting documents, even though I had already submitted them with the original application and paid the full application fee.
I think the eligibility letter was a generic one sent to everyone as a reminder in case documents were not submitted earlier. Still, I resubmitted all the documents through the webform just to be safe.
However, my GCKey status still shows “Your action is required.”
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? I also checked under “View submitted applications” and “Upload documents,” but there is nothing showing there.
