My mother in law received her PCC request today. She is in Kolkata, India. The link for PCC is not opening from the letter from IRCC. Can anyone post the process to apply PCC from India ? I would need it asap as we have only 30 days. Thanks in advance.

Step-by-step process to get a PCC in India

1. Created an account on the Passport Seva portal under my mother’s name using: https://www.passportindia.gov.in/psp/ApplyPCC
2. Filled out the online PCC application for both the primary applicant and the dependent.
3. Paid the fee of ₹500 per applicant online.
4. Visited the Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) at the scheduled appointment time with the original passport, Aadhaar card, and appointment confirmation.
5. Application was accepted, and I received an acknowledgment receipt with a tracking number.
6. Local police verification was done—constable visited our home, took signatures, photos, and thumb impressions.
7. Received the PCC certificate by email within 2–3 days after police verification.

Do you have a time limit on the PCC request letter?

As such no define timeline for PCC.
AS soon as you get submit it through webform.

Got bio request today. Tracker is updated too.
Didn't know people were getting sponsor eligibility letter too.
i guess now will be long pause for security checks post bio.

I submitted Additonal Doc request to CIC by email on Dec 1, 2025. Havent received anything further? Any suggestions how long would they usually take to issue AOR after submission of additional documentation?

Anyone that applied in November still waiting for AOR. Is the AOR email from the same email they requested ADR?

I heard rumour that they're pausing this to prioritize FIFA visas not sure how true that is

Resume/CV Incomplete.
URGENT HELP NEEDED!

I received an email today from CIC that CV/Resume is incomplete and my application does not meet the requirements for processing.

They have asked to provide most recent CV which includes information since age 18. I submitted every details but now i noticed that in some periods, i only included year for example "2022 till present". in previous years I included months and year for example, August 2017 - January 2022". Could this be the reason of incomplete CV?

Please help as they mentioned that your application does not meet the requirements for processing as the fooling items are missing or incomplete.

If anyone could share CV, that would be greatly appreciated.
