Could you please share your time lines?
 
Hi - my mother is the principal applicant in PGP and my father is the dependent. Today, we received the biometrics invitation just for her and not my dad (even though they both have valid biometrics from supervisa). Is it normal for IRCC to send separate letters for biometrics, medical etc.?

yes it is normal. When did you submit your PGP application? Could you please share your timeline?

Did u receive second biometrics letter?
 
To those who have a hard time linking their application to their GCKey account, here is what the IRCC customer service told me in linking the application:

1. Make sure that the Last Name is CAPITALIZED.

2. On the part where you put the number of family members, put the NUMBER of ADULTS in the box (if spouse DIDN’t co-sign, EXCLUDE them). On my application: I have 2 kids, my wife as a co-signer, my self, and my mom and dad. This was where I messed up as I kept putting 6 as the number. It should just be “4”.

For E.G -
A. Enter the application number without the prefix ‘X’.
B. Under Applicant Details, enter the Principal Applicant’s UCI number (if available — you can find it on their visitor visa and search with passport details).
C. Set the number of applicants to ‘3’, and if you are adding your spouse as a co-signer, try setting it to ‘4’.

I finally linked my Parents application and able to see the progress.

PGP application submitted in Aug 2025, ADR in Sep end 2025, ADR submitted in Oct end 2025, PCP requested in Nov end 2025, Biometrics for Mom received on Jan 22, 2026.

I tried above did not work. I did not submit the representative form am I eligible to speak with an IRCC agent or they only provide information to the primary applicant?

They only talk with who is the main sponsor but he has to provide a representative form
 
PGP application submitted in September 2025, ADR in November 2025.

Some ADR documents were submitted in December 2025 via IRCC EMAIL. Some documents were not in hand, required additional time to obtain (school records) and IRCC was informed in initial ADR response via EMAIL. The documents are now ready.

Question - should the additional documents be now submitted via email or WEBFORM? Pros and cons?
 
Am I the ONLY ONE who applied in August and haven't heard anything since then :)
Everyone is getting AOR now and I'm still waiting here :/
