Received an email on sponsor's email; no update on GCKey... I'm now trying to figure out how to submit PCC if i don't want to use webform
How did you upload PCC ?

Have any sponsors here received an AOR in the mail- post that is? Also, where do I find the application number- they have only indicated the uci on their correspondence.

@prt22

FYI, I was able to link my application to GCKey using the temporary file number I received. I just removed the “X” from the file number and it worked. Please give it a try
Thanks, and yes I was finally able to link it too! I had to call IRCC and they said in the #of persons in applications I had to put 3 instead of 2 (it includes me as the sponsor + both my parents). Once I did that I could link the application but there is no place to submit the police clearance certificate.

Hi - should I include principal applicant + dependant + sponsor + sponsor's family members to calculate the count which I will use to link the application?

good news it is!!

As per my understanding, based on previous chats and other people’s experiences, you’ll need to submit the PCC through the IRCC web form. That’s the option most applicants used.

Hi,
Can we link our application to GC key? I haven’t received an AOR yet but I did get additional documents requested which I submitted last week. Can we still link to GC key? If yes, how do we create one.
I had another question as well. How can we obtain PCC for India for Indian nationals living in UAE?
Please if anyone can advise.
Thank you.

t the top, enter the application number without the prefix ‘X’.
Under Applicant Details, enter the Principal Applicant’s UCI number (if available — you can find it on their visitor visa and search with passport details).
Set the number of applicants to ‘3’, and if you are adding your spouse as a co-signer, try setting it to ‘4’.

Hello All I have a few questions and would appreciate guidance from Senior Members. Got XF form today with IRCC asking following
1.) Proof of Relationship between Sponsor and Applicant: I had uploaded my birth Certificate. They asked for Aadhar (I have), OCI (I do have),Cancelled Indian Passport (I have), PAN Card (I have), Voter Card (I have), Ration Card and Metric Certificates (which I do not have). Question is why are they asking so many docs when the Birth Certificate was provided
2.) For Principal Applicant they are asking for refill of IMM5669 with all history (even prior to 18 years), I double and triple checked but could not believe my eyes as we had given all 18 years till current age history. to be safe now i am including since my father was age 5 in school
3.) My father is widowed and had submitted the death certificate for his spouse in original app. IRCC comes back stating it appears that he is widowed and asking for reupload. I plan to reupload via webform or email as well
4.) Resume: Stating Gaps like for #2 so planning to include School level info as well. Language used by IRCC it appears to be incomplete

My biggest question for this forum is this: is this normal. or is this someone just being mischevious there at IRCC. If yes, can we highlight such cases so that any future applicants and this application does not suffer from another instance of such mischief

I got the same reply as well when I had included my birth certificate. I replied and re-uploaded the birth certificate and said I do not have any other documents. It did feel stupid and waste of time. It also seems like they are just copying and pasting the reply/request.

Thanks @sribrosrs . Am really surprised the way IRCC is acting is matters of critical interest. Anyway you made my day. Also am including a line by line rebuttal with evidence of earlier submission and re-attached documents to be on safer side. There is a saying never argue with a Stupid law enforcer

I agree with you on this, @nitink01 and @sribrosrs . I’m actually surprised to see how everyone is receiving the same type of ADR. It’s always one of these: ‘proof of relationship,’ ‘birth certificate,’ or ‘IMM 5669/5406.’ It really seems like the system is generating these automatically rather than someone manually reviewing the documents.
