Pre-arrival letter is an administrative step and is sent at any point after eligibility. It isn’t related to the timeline of processing or other steps.

Hey, yes I got the Pre-arrival on Jul 3 and medical request on Jul 13.
i submitted another PGP application on same day 2nd Aug, its still pending at biometerics only.

We recieved final decision july 23 2026
And ircc sent email :

Is this means were gonna wait for portal 1 to be sent???
