Thank you. I submitted with CPC Mississauga selected office and got email acknowledgement that they received my updated information. Now waiting. By the way, what is P1 and P2? I have no idea sorry.

If your parents are in canada after final decision they wont send passport request rather two emails p1 (asking for confirmation of address and few other details) and p2 (uploading photo and declaration of pr in the portal). After p2 is done you will receive electricity copy of your landing paper and pr card.

Hi guys help me of any one have same experience
Monday I got biometrics requesting
Yesterday I got email Ineligible Income sponsorship of 2022. Because one person exprie in 2022 thats by it's 8k thousand different now they transfer file to visa officer to take final decision for income eligibility. 2021,2023 and 2024 income is fine. Anyone know what's will happened now?

My parents have a scheduled flight to the USA from Vancouver in July. Can they travel while their Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) is still pending? If they receive the COPR while they are in the U.S., how will they return to Canada without a PR card? What should I do in this situation?

My parents have a scheduled flight to the USA from Vancouver in July. Can they travel while their Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) is still pending? If they receive the COPR while they are in the U.S., how will they return to Canada without a PR card? What should I do in this situation?

Short answer is one needs to wait till you receive your eCOPR. So, NO travel till eCOPR is received and postpone all trips until eCOPR is received

It is highly recommended to also wait for PR card before any travel. One may travel with an eCOPR and no PR card but - but they may not be able to fly back or take a commercial transport back into Canada without a PR Card or a applying for a PRTD at an Embassy or High Commission abroad.

The only exceptions are:
1. Driving a private vehicle (e.g. one way rental car) across a land border with eCOPR and passport.
2. If your parents have US Passports, they may fly with their US Passports back to Canada as they are eTA exempt. (Permanent Residents are not eligble for eTA if exempt from a Visa)

Note: All existing Visas and eTAs are null and void (even if they have a future date of expiry) once eCOPR is issued and may not be used for travel.

Income miss calculation for 2022 and they reviewed it and approved eligibility.

Did anyone receive any request for IMM 5546 (Military record) and IMM 5536 (Information disclosure)? For Military, what to provide? If anyone has similar experience please share

hi - I received the military record for my parents too - they have not served as it is not mandatory ( Pakistan) just wondering if you have had any luck in obtaining such an exemption letter and from which country?

Visa validity is tied to validity of COPR. Usually COPR valid for lesser of:
1. one year from issue of COPR
2. one year from the date of medical exam date (medical expires in one year)

i.e., which ever comes earlier of the above

One needs to complete the landing process before the COPR expires.

Hello Everyone - Can someone please help me with my 2 questions below:

Question 1: How does I link an application for my mother so that I can check processing status? I have entered her UCI/LastName/DOB/COB and it just keeps on saying application not found.. I have tried this with various combos as "Person Being Sponsored" and also as "Person Sponsoring" where I then entered my details but just keeps saying Application Not Found. I know it's in progress as I have been receiving comms on it.

Question 2: I had paid the full RPRF fees, but then was requested a payment of CAD85/- for RPRF fees. I personally believe that this was because my mother had a request for Biometrics, and I believe IRCC may have used some funds from the originall RPRF fees, and wanted me to replenish it. Has anyone else had something similar done? The CAD85/- was paid a month back and I also submitted the receipt of this through a webform but since then, am just waiting.
