In form 5669, under personal History, for the time they were retired, do i still mention the time they travelled outside India (their country of residence). like the time they visited me or is it all covered under Retired, regardless what they were doing
I just wrote retired. For travel history there is another section

I have already submitted the applications and haven't received any emails regarding incomplete paperwork. Do I need to be concerned?

Thank you

No. This is a reminder email that would have been sent out to everyone reminding them about deadline.

Hi all,

I have a few questions about the financial evaluation form (IMM 5768):
1. For employment history year 2020, I was employed from 2020-01 till 2020-03 and was laid off (Covid layoff). How do I fill the table? The instructions say for year 2020 EI can be counted. Do I just enter my "income from my tax notice of income 2020" like below:

FromToEmployerGross income for period
2020-01-012020-12-31ABC company and then laid offTotal income from my Notice of Income 2020 say it is $70,000

Or do I have disect it like this:

FromToEmployerGross income for period
2020-03-292020-12-31Unemployed / EII HAVE A PROBLEM HERE (read below)
2020-01-012020-03-29ABC companyI HAVE A PROBLEM HERE (read below)

If I have to do it the second way, I have a problem. All I have is the total income from my Notice of Income 2020, say $70,000. Some of it was made when I was still working at the company and some of it is from my EI when I was laid off. How should I go about this?

2. For signature, do I print the PDF on paper, sign it and scan it as PDF and send it?

Thanks for any help!

I have this similar condition with my parents, but I got to know that for retired parents, we have to provide their personal summary.
From 5772 guide:
Exception: If you have not worked in the past 10 years (for example, you’re retired), you must provide details of your personal history since the age of 18.

Hi,
Can someone advise how can I electronically sign form Imm5768? It is not allowing me to write anything on the signature field.
