The officer demanded Police certificates for India ad Canada. My mother stayed with us for more than 6 months. But now she is in India now. Is there any way i can get Police clearance Certificate from India for Canada.
And they need Criminal Record Check based on fingerprints. Is there anyway that this can be done in India or she has to come back here to get all this documents? Please suggest. She's in Punjab, India right now.
Thanks

Hello @bdidol

You seem to know the process pretty well. The London VO asked for my parents "Original" Nikah Nama (marriage certificate)from Bangladesh. My parents got married in 1976 and have a copy of their English "Nikah Nama" from 1976. It is almost impossible to get another copy of this document because they do not even live in Bangladesh anymore.

Has anyone else had issue getting original marriage certificates for parents ? What did they do?

Any help would be appreciated because I am a little stressed.

Thank you,
Saffatt

You don't have to send the original for any documents (like PCC or marriage certificate). Make a notarized photocopy and send it (make sure it's all in English, otherwise you also have to provide a notarized translation).

Hello!

I just received CV/Resume request from CIC for my parents
"CV/Resume: A document containing a brief description of your education, qualifications and experience. Please provide a detailed CV/resume containing your education, employment and professional history from the age of 18. For periods of employment ensure to include the name of the employer, your position title, job duties, and location. There must be NO gaps in information."

Does anyone have template I can use or any suggestions?

Thanks!

Hello everyone!

My parents are US green holders and reside in the US for the last few years. CIC just asked for their PCC from INDIA and the USA. Could someone suggest the fastest way to get their PCC from INDIA when they reside in the US?

Thanks!

What I understand for the medical process is, panel physicians have protocols if something unusual found on x-rays, they may want to do additional tests following the protocol.
But most of the times, they submit the results (i.e. my mom’s x-rays had some scars, doctor’s office called to ask if she ever has TB, we told them no, they submitted the results and then RMO sent medical furtherance to do some additional tests)
So in your case, I am doubting why did not they inform your mom about anything unusual, and why they want her to repeat something after you called them to inquire.
They may not have submitted the medicals yet.
Because if they would have submitted medicals and additional tests are needed, your mother will receive an email/notification in my cic to go see the doctor again.
I would say you call doctor’s office once and ask them about details what tests are required and reason.
Please can anyone provide some advice on this situation:

The doctor is clearly playing games and wants to make a profit. The doctor's office is being dishonest. It has been more than a week now and there is no update in my CIC account. It is clear that the doctor's office has not sent the medical report. They did not call my mom themselves and only when my mom contacted them they said come to see a chest specialist. So there is something very fishy the way they are conducting themselves.

My question is since the doctor's office is not sending the results, should I forward to IRCC the signed "MEDICAL REPORT CLIENT BIODATA AND SUMMARY" that the doctor provided to my mom at the time of the medical exam?

The file is transferred to CPC-M. Should I send the MEDICAL REPORT CLIENT BIODATA AND SUMMARY via webform or should I send it to them by email that they provided in the SA?
