Below is time line for someone else from 2018.

Why the file transferred to NDVO after medical passed at CPC-Mississuaga?

Jan18: Application Received
March 05: Biometrics payment requested
March 24: Biometrics payment confirmation.
April 04: SA
April 04: Medical Request
April 10: Medicals passed
April 10: File Transferred to CPC- Mississuaga
May 13: Biometrics requested
May 15: Biometrics completed
June 3: File transferred to NDVO.

EDIT:
THIS MAY BE FOR SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP. KEEPING THIS POST TO SEE IF SOMEONE HEARD THIS TYPE OF CASE FOR PGP AS WELL.

Please add to tracker . Application Received on July 19 2019

I tried to link the application many times but I am unsuccessful.
Can someone suggest me how to link it.
Family size is what ?? (I am sponsoring both my parents. I am married but my husband is not a co signer. I tried family size 4 but couldnt find anything)
Applicants details are my dad's details correct ??
If someone who linked the application can tell exact steps of what data you entered, I would really appreciate it.

for family member count use formula : [Sponsor+ if cosigner] no kids + [PA + dep]

double check your appl received data ....

My husband is not co-signer but I think he would still come in family size. We do not have kids yet. and its both my parents.
My family size is 4 right ?

do not count your husband if he is not a cosigner.
Your family size = 3 for link to My CIC, in your case [ 1+0] + [1+1]=3

Or may be they went to India after April and updated their address to IRCC?

add PA UCI and passport # and date .
BTW when your application received in Ottawa> are you able to see Ecas?

What is the status in myCIC, any updates ? I am assuming your sponsor state in ecas changed to "In Process" ?

Yes, I am sure! MyCIC shows "In Process" as of today.
