I got the same thing about 20mins ago. I think it's the much awaited AOR. Most probably now IRCC will get less calls to ask if they got their application and if they made it into the CAP for 2019.

Please help anybody got just letter which says U accepted for pgp 2019 and it tell about use of representatives form but they didn’t ask for that form it just says about that form if we hire paid or unpaid.dont understand do they need that form or just the information they r giving?

Its generic info, simply saying that if you send a rep form all communication will be mailed or emailed to the rep mailing address or email. If not they will use the info that you put in the sponsor or applicant
