He can. Do this in the same order:
  • Setup a business on his name
  • Wait for 3 years
  • Make sure he makes a profit of at least $50000 every year.
  • Check the PGP process for that year probably 2023/2024
  • If it's still FIFO, ask him (or hire someone) to fill EOI at the very moment the form opens up.
  • He will get the invitation and then he can prepare the whole application. You guys can sign and submit.
  • Happy! Happy!! Happy!!!

Good luck!
Thank you

Refused. Didn't enter for many years.
Your son was likely lucky enough to be granted a prtd because he was removed as a minor to take advantage of domestic tuition although his parents have not paid into the tax system for many years or ever. You are likely looking at 7-8 years or more until your son qualifies to sponsor you and who knows what the program to sponsor parents will be like at that point.

HI All- Quick question- My wife is a co signer on the application but she was unemployed for a period of 8 months from Oct 2017 to July 2018. She was laid off but the company paid for 33 weeks. a Pay slip was generated every pay period with TDS deducted. Should I mention that period as unemployed even though she was getting paid for it?
