Thanks for your response. I wonder if we could use one Explanation letter for all forms ? I have some exceptions that I want to explain the letter, could we attach one explanation letter for all forms or we need to attach multiple explanation letters one for each form.

I have done several immigration apps myself and I have always used just one explanation letter for entire app. Just bullet point it based on the form name. You should be good...

Think the concern needs to be with the people losing their homes and not a potential delay in processing PGP application.

I agree. We should be more concerned about it than the application. This spring it is pouring all over maritimes, northern ontario and Quebec.

i am applying for my MOM only, Its regarding date of birth for my mom's parents. When I applied for my MOM'S visitor visa I DONT KNOW WHICH DATE OF BIRTH I used in 2015 for them as I did not have firm info of their DOB.
Is it must to put same DOB for my MOM'S parents ?? I can find out same info but it will delay my application submission.

Sorry to say but size of the family has to be applied on all previous years.

Why would I put family size 4 for 2016 when I got married in 2017??

hello, looking for a little assistance on how to answer question 14 on form imm5768e - provide your employment history as well as periods of unemployment for the last THREE consecutive taxation years preceding your application. Please ensure that you do not leave any gaps in time.

i have worked for the same company for the last 3 taxation years (2016-2018), as a result, is it ok to combine all 3 tax years into one entry and enter it into line 2, while leaving the first line blank (see image for more clarification)

2016-01-01 2018-12-31 Company: ABC Gross Income : $200000 (NOA line 150) Family Size 3

Also, unfortunately, i became recently unemployed a week before i received my ITA & will have to indicate that i am unemployed - any advice on what would be best to include for number 13 on form imm5768 - [ give details on your current situation & indicate how you support yourself....]

i will meet the minimum required income for my family size of 3 for the year 2019 and expect to meet it for subsequent years if my application is still in process by that time.

I had same situation, but fortunately I had previously filled copies. I think it is better to be as truthful as possible in the application. I believe ircc can do a simple UCI search and extract all the previous apps or documents.

You can put your given name in the family name field for all the forms and leave the given name blank. It will work for all the forms except imm5669.

For 5669, even given name is mandatory.
So you can either put the same name twice or put Not applicable in the given name and just provide an explnataion that you had to do it because it did not let you validate this one form.

You can use your first name in both the sections

Yes its better to it that way.
