The VAC is temporarily closed until further notice If needed, the VAC will contact you to reschedule your appointment

VAC is the visa application centre and is different from the High Commission. They do not process immigration applications. In India VAC for Canada is VFS Global. This is my understanding.

However, I am not sure if anything is happening at the High Commission. I don’t see any movement.

Finally after 3 months after DM I have received email in my CIC for passport request. It came from local office in Vienna, but my father is in Canada so will be sending documents to Ottawa. So it looks like they are working again.

Got GCMS notes today it says RROC REVIEW -fees... what's the meaning of RROC REVIEW.

Please advice , thanks in advance

RROC is short for Rapid Response Operations Centre. PR application supposed not to go there...but who knows what the heck they are doing.

Yes, it does. I think they will get that option to everyone.

True... 25% go fast 25% go slow 50% go average.. So we get some rough idea.
