When we book, it only ask for file number which is same for both parents, did Service Canada team specifically asked for separate?

I put the same Application # but the appointment is tomorrow so I will find out more then.

Do I register with passport seva (India) and obtain the PCC. YES, YOU CAN CREATE TWO FILES UNDER ONE ACCOUNT ONE FOR YOUR FATHER AND ONE FOR YOUR MOTHER ON PASSPORT SEVA
Should I scan it and send it to both IRCC webform and the email for delhiimmigration? YES

FYI: Sponsorship Application status will change to DM but PR application remain In process.

They sent medical, PCC & travel history but I don't know what form to fill out for travel history. I created my own Word document.
Other member mentioned that there's a link on request letter. However, on my request letter, there's no link or no indication which travel form to fill out. Hence, I'm confused
