Yes but the instruction manual says differently.
Instruction manual for non qualified PGP applicants from 27000 onwards is different. Please check your cabinet beside your couch dear. I left it there on April 28 2019 for you.

Hi @gigab 1 quick question.. Did you actually translate all officer’s questions to your mother and then hers to the officer or you answered everything on her behalf? Did you ask the officer what you should be doing? Thank you!

We were lucky the person doing fingerprints and receiving documents spoked our language. But then the actual officer asked questions directly to her, my mom tried to answer to basic yes and no questions and wherever she got stuck I will reply.. Hope this helps.
