They should tell you in the letter about the PCC requirement. They usually mention the countries for which you need the PCC.
have they asked you for a PCC from Kuwait and Iraq? They mention the countries for which you need the PCC in the letter.
Nope. I am sponsoring my parents under PGP 2019. Invites are still awaited. Since I am following PGP 2018 thread, this question crossed my mind and I want to prepare myself.

Yesterday my parents status in cic was in process with just medical received and passed medicals and no update on pcc
Today status is decision made also received below email, could anyone help me understand is there any thing my parents need to do now? does the below email say their medicals n pcc is approved? what is next step i expect?

guys, I just checked the upload documents section on CIC and seems like they are asking me to upload documents for the RPRF, PCC and "upfront medical". If it was an e-medical, do I need to still upload stuff?

"From & To" dates- I can enter the From portion but what should be in To part- dont know how long they are staying.
Should I put the date visa officer has stamped till?

Your parents do not need to do anything. They could access those pre-arrival services if they wish to, but they are not required to do so. The next step is passport request letter so they can stamp PR visa for them to come to Canada.

Sure. That should work. Or you can put the period your parents intend to spend in Canada.
Nah...don't worry about it. Your mom may have had a high blood pressure which leads to ECG and heart specialist. My mom had to do it as well and the doctor cleared her and gave some pills. That was it.
