Hi, dear folks there:
A quick question about flag poling. Has anybody done it recently? Will the US administrative refusal complicate the US VISA application in future?

A Question.
HI,
I did already link the application to cic online portal. I logged in and uploaded requested proof of medical exams, police clearance certs and travel doc and went "Next" on the page and submitted the docs. It is showing that "Replacement Provided" (in green colour) for all docs.
I believe that's all and it has reached to CIC.

Do I have to send these docs in mail to CIC as well ?

Hello VS,
I am in same boat. My parents received an email notification of invitation to pre-arrival services on 24th Oct and the e-cas status changed for principal applicant to "decision made" on 2nd Nov. Still waiting to receive PPR.

BTW, experienced folks, could anyone tell me if the PPR is send through email or mail or will be updated on e-cas? Thanks in advance.

Bhanump
I am answering my own question. So, my father received the PPR yesterday via email. Good luck to all.

@YULIA-2016
I see. Thanks. I don't want to get my hopes up early, but my Mom's application on GCLey/myCIC says "medicals passed".
Please update SS. Medicals passed updated Oct 31st, 2018.
If it is true, it is the non-scariest Halloween ever :)
My mom is completely visually impaired, needed further Ophthalmologist's assessment.
So, we might be beginning to see changes in the "medical inadmissibility" clause as announced by Mr. Hussen in April, 2018.

@Hopeful99 that is my update. Hope all goes well with your dad too!
Wow Congratulations @oliveoyl! I'm very happy to hear about you and your mom! and Thank you, I hope mine comes out good as well! Thanks for the update :)

Hi all,

Today on my cic account both sponsorship and pr application said decision made. But for my linked cic account pr application says in process
Last week you were saying that you still see "We need additional documents to continue processing your application. We will send you a message with more details", inspite you uploaded PCC in MyCIC right?

I have a question for educating myself and for future planning.
In the requirement Federal Income Table for Parents and Grandparents for a family of 5 persons 2017 minimum income is shown as CAD 67,400. Does the sponsor need to have earned this amount or 67,400+30%?
Thanks in advance.

You just need to exceed 67,400 for 2017. the 30% is what they have already added to the average minimum income and put them on those tables. Therefore for each year you must only exceed the amount they have mentioned on minimum income table.

Thanks. You mean 67,400 is the final minimum amount for 2017?
yes
so you need to meet for PGP-2019:
5 persons 2017 $67,400 2016 $66,654
plus 2018 amount / they announce it in December/

Thanks once again. Any tips/guidelines for advance preparations to be able to sponsor my parents as soon as 2019 application open?
