In the letter requesting your parents to submit their passports, it should be quite clear that if they live in Mainland China, Beijing VISA office is the only place to submit their passports to. Only people who live in HongKong or Macau can submit to those regional VISA offices.

Yes that's right, but if you see at the bottom of question number 4, It says if your answer is Yes to Question 5, and you are sponsoring your spouse, you are not eligible. That clears my doubt of my eligibility, but I just wanted to make sure with the experts in this forum.

Do you need to give PCC for every country over 6 months in a row, since age of 18 or within the last 10 years?
I believe everyone is getting emails to send PCC since age of 18. For parents who are in 60s or 70s or elder, getting PCC , within a month from various countries visited(for work over 6 months) while in their 20s/30s/40s i.e. almost 20/30 years ago, is a hassle.
I believe , within the last 10 years should be okay, as per clarification via twitter by IRCC

Hi All, my mothers application was received by CIC on May 24th and yesterday I received the AOR. i have managed to link the application and check her status online....can anyone tell what next steps might be ?

yes, you need to fill that form out and load thru IRCC webform

why would you need to fill the form out ? The letter says only if you are a consultant or a lawyer you need to fill that form out. You are not a representative, you are the sponsor. My understanding is that you dont need to fill the form out.

read there , family member can be rep, without that form you cant link application to MY CIC, its up to you. we are sponsor AND Rep for parents
PS you can understand like you want but we are doing that last 4 years If only something was changed

Agreed, but if the applicant doesnt want help from a family or friend then i dont think a form is required. Everyones case is different i guess.On another note what might be next steps ? Will they check for completion of paperwork and ask for missing documentation, if any. Thank you

I want to apply Super visa for my father.
My last year Income meets the requirement but that income I earned in work permit and now 2 weeks before I got PR. So, am I eligible for his super visa or not?
His visitor file was rejected in 2014 on a ground that your daughter is not settle and you do not have strong ties with native country.
Please suggest me
