HI
I am sponsoring my parents under family class and they have been requested to provide Police Clearance from Philippines .
My Parents have never been to Philippines and they don't even have visa for that country . They have been to Thailand for few days.

So now the issue is Philippines embassy is not ready to provide us clearance . Has this ever happened to some one .
Can some one advise me what needs to be done.
I have already emailed them and have raised the request via web form .

They specifically asked for a Philippine Police Clearance?
I think you should contact CIC, or email them and make sure you put URGENT in the title, seems odd for them to ask that if you're parents have never been to that country.

Hi @YULIA-2016 ,update sponsor approval decision made ...visa office is Ottawa.

btw when did you get the sponsor approved notification? looks like your name hasn't' been updated, there's no date of submission either ....

Hi every one i have a quest is this possible that visa office can exclude dependenet from the file family sponsorship parent and grandparents without tell you becouse today we receivd medical to every one except one dependent without tell us the reason or may be the email will be send in anthor time can any one advise me what happend and what should i do

Omg I just got an email saying that I have met the requirements to sponsor but no update on ecas or MyCIC yet. I'm so excited its finally moving

Hello.
I submitted my parents applocation recently and forgot to attach the invitation letter from IRCC which has the barcode. What is the effect of not attaching the letter?
How can this be rectified?
Anyone else went through the same and please share the link for the spreadsheet.

Hi, Sorry if i am asking the same question that has been already answered in this thread. I am lost in so many asks so posting my question here.

I received AOR on Oct1st, in the application IMM5476 i have provided my details and now in AOR they mentioned as below,
"

If you appointed a representative and the IMM 5476 was correctly completed and signed, all correspondence from IRCC will be sent to the representative’s email or mailing address.
When submitting your PGP application:
 If a paid or unpaid representative’s address was used as the mailing address for the sponsor or principal applicant on the application and a completed and signed IMM 5476 was not submitted; or
 If a paid representative was appointed using a IMM5476 but is not in good standing; and/or
 The IMM 5476 you submitted was not correctly completed and/or signed as required to appoint a paid or unpaid representative; "

My doubts:

• Does it mean i cant be a representative? should i resubmit IMM5476 forms?
• Also i tried linking my parents application using Application # and UCI but not sccessful. Any tips on how to link the application online?

Same with me. When you ask to link to sponsor or applicant what do you mean by sponsor account?

From the "Decision Made" status update, it took about 1.5 weeks for me to receive the email request to send in the passport.
The status "Medical results have been received" will be there for a little while. We are now still waiting for the passport to be returned. It has been 2.5 week in the process. Passport return will be within 1 month from the date of the submission, according to the email.

Thank you very much for your inputs. And on receiving ppr request did ecas status aslo showed any message about ppr request or they just sent email? I am little bit concerned about this . My father deleted few emails couple of days back and i am afraid if he deleted ppr request email accidently.
