I filed the divorce and I am divorced from 2017, but in 2016 I was separated. Then why I cannot fill information in point 8 1344 form, if I select legally divorced status? I have separation agreement too. Is here anyone who has refused for short income, for not including separated spouse?
You must be PGP2019 if you are asking about this but are posting under PGP2018. Not much you can do at this point. Will be up to the agent whether they accept separation and not include your wife in family total or they stick to the definition of not divorced means you are still married. Up to you whether you submit your application if you know it could be refused.

The issue, that one agent said that if I was legally separated and have agreement, then I shouldn't include my spouse. That's why I wanted to see if anyone with separated status was approved without counting spouse.

So i just checked online account and in process has been changed to decision made.

It doesnt say if they sent any letter or anything just says decision made. Last i checked was on friday and since sat and sun was holiday, they only updated it on monday. Although monday is a holiday here in canada so my lawyers office is closed so cant confirm if they sent anything?

Does anyone know how long it take for passport request after the decision has been made ?

Hi All I am 2019 applicant .
Could you please help me with this question .
My Mother is principal applicant and my Dad is a dependent .
In my expression off interst form I wrote only my Mothers name as my Dad is sick and won't be accompanying her as he is bedridden.
In this case can I only apply for my Mother ? I qualify for both on income levels.
Any thoughts are Welcome.

you cant apply only for 1 parent, plus both parents need to pass medical but dad can stay at home and you dont need to pay for him

London Visa Office has requested the PCC today (20 May) for my mother. No medical request at this time. Can you please update line #42 in the spread sheet?

Also, the request letter says "Provide an original police clearance certificate, recently issued. This must be received at this office by: 2019/06/20". Does this mean an original certificate needs to be couriered to them? Or can I scan and upload in the GCKey account?

Can those who have received the PCC request (especially from London Visa office) please advise? Many thanks.

Received Medical and pre-arrival a week before I received PCC
Hello Imran, Was your medical request and pre-arrival request received in your GCkey account? or did it come via email? Or GCKey and email both?

So far, I have only received PCC request from London visa office that came in my GCKey account only. No emails.

Any suggestions

Hi Atif,
You can try calling CIC and talk to a rep for an update.

In my case, CPC-Mississauga sent the instructions for new Biometrics for PR.
I had the previous/supervisa Biometric info in my account too (same as yours).
But CIC asked for new Biometrics anyway.
Sponsorship decision was not issued to me until they got the new Biometrics in their system.
Also, the application was transferred to London once PR biometrics were done.
Hope this helps.

Thanks! this helps. My father is 84, technically biometrics should not be required for him s he is over 80. I'll try calling CIC
