Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2017

Hi every one i have a quest is this possible that visa office can exclude dependenet from the file family sponsorship parent and grandparents without tell you becouse today we receivd medical to every one except one dependent without tell us the reason or may be the email will be send in anthor time can any one advise me what happend and what should i do

DEP IS 21 YEARS OLD?

I last request in mid august for:
1. Landing fees
2. Fbi clearance

Landing fees were paid and confirmation attached to both cic ottawa and the other email id they asked it be sent.

Since my mother never spent 6months any yr in usa (the max would be approx 2mths), that is what we wrote in email to ottawa (along with paying landing fees)

Since then silence. Those who were in similar time frame have all recd ppr.

Should i be concerned?
What should i do now?
Any advice please?

From what I remember Medicals were submitted on 23rd May whereas Police Clearance was submitted on 15th June
