2016 apps in New Delhi got passport and medical requests within days and weeks but 2017 doesn't have a single request yet per excel sheet...

hahaha, they did medical second time - thats why they got passport quickly after

What is New Delhi embassy doing? It's been 289 days since they have received 2017 application and still has not acted on it. This stat is from Excel sheet. They have been much faster for 2016 applications. Is India being punished as a country or something?

under permanent applications status as bellow

2.We started processing **************'s application on April 10, 2018.

Visa office Ottawa

Finally Ottawa office started working on file .
File transferd to Ottawa on 10th October 2017.

Finally after almost 1 month, I received PPR for my mother's sponsorship application Will update the rest of the process here.

Hi some good news from Ankara Visa office please update my status:
Sending police certificate: Feb -9
Receiving PPR from Ankara: March 23
Visa and PR docs issued: Apr 11
So my application is done!
