Yes I would assume it should be applicant receiving future correspondences from CIC. I received just 2 emails so far (first application received and second sponsorship approval). My Primary applicant haven't received any communication so far.
What if we provide our email and contact information as a Representative by filling the form? My parents dont have any email address. So assuming all goes to sponsor in this case?

Yes, you can be their representative.
I'd use their home address on the application where their information is being sought. There's a section for sponsor's address, that's where you should enter your address. Since you're the representative, all communication will be sent to you either via email or postal mail anyway.
Thanks a lot. You guys are very helpful.

Yes, it goes to the sponsor. We have mentioned my email address as the representative's and I have just received an email from the visa office which is addressed to the principal applicant.

Seems things slowed down after mid July. Before, the time between application submission and AOR was around 30-40 days. I don't recall anyone mentioned getting an AOR if their application was submitted after July 20th. That's over 60 days.
I called them, and the Agent said that they were busy for the round two invitations, so most of 3rd week of july received applications and up are not yet entered in the system. Things will speed up hopefully next week. All the best

Hi:

One of my neighbor's mother got the lottery. The problem is she is separated from her husband for a decade. However, in the passport in our country, there is no marital status called Legally Separated or Separated. In this case, she choose married.

For her case, is a cover letter with explanation is good enough or her Husband need to complete forms and medical test?

Is she legally separated ? other wise she should get a notary stating the same and both of them(Husband and wife) should sign on the notary

No, PCC and medical is not required at the time of application. Better you get it done once IRCC informs. The check list documents are enough. If you have Co-signer, attach NOAs or Option C (Income proof) for all 3 years for both (sponsor and Co-signer) . Many applicants this year had been asked to send their Co-signer's Option C for all 3 years after they applied as they attached only their own. IRCC asked for it even after providing SIN numbers.

Thank you for the information. I am completing these documents by myself. Will I need to send them to my parents for any reason? Do they need to do anything?
