Parent Sponsorship Queries Please

Can some body provide the following information please?

1. Does the act of getting subsidized housing affect 'sponsoring parents'?
2. Also please tell me if government financial assistance was taken 12 months before, can I sponsor my parents now?
3. Does getting a financial assistance also makes me ineligible for super visa?

CIC has a temporary pause on accepting NEW Applications for parental sponsorship.

You can only try for super visa at the moment. check CIC website for details.

thanks Canvis. i ahve already been through cic site and these questions are unanswered there. That is why I want some precise information for these points -
