Parent sponsorship Jan 2016 intake

My brother want to sponsor my parents. but my brother has no income for 2012-2013-2014 but his wife alone can meet this requirement. so would they be able to sponsor my parents. (my brother's wife stand as cosponsor). Further from forms it appears that this time submission would be through courior and not on line, am I right??

Yes - your brother can sponsor with his wife as a co-sponsor.

Yes - the application has to be mailed / couriered. There is no online process available.

Note that the cap was reached in a day and a half last year.
