Parent Sponship file sent to New Delhi from Canada

Hi,

I put my parent sponship application in Mississauga Case Processing Center in January 2016.

1. Application submitted in January 2016
2. Got letter from Processing center March 2016
3. Got another letter in Feb 2017, Sponserd approved, and Parents file sent to New Delhi for Visa processing.

File sent to New Delhi in Feb 2017, How long it take to issue Medical from New Delhi?

Please share if anybody has idea.
