A supervisa is good if they don’t have funds. They still need to address ties to return. Your father has the businesses but your mother has only the property which may or may not be seen as ties. Is there income generated that she must be in the country for to receive payment? If so include that. Do they have any children under 22 or parents that they are caring for (living with) that can show any family ties? They still may be approved without ties.

My brother is a dentist and he above 22 and he is in my home country and he lives with them.
