My university's online transcript portal (Parchment) does not have any way to add my WES Reference Number along with my request - there's no text box, no memo, no ability to add an attachment.
I sent WES my transcript without a reference number, and WES even opened it. However they haven't 'matched' it with my ECA application - I recently got an email from them saying my transcripts were still pending.
I contacted WES Help and they just replied with a link to the page that says 'add the reference number wherever possible'. Except in this case, there is literally no way to add one.
Have any of you faced this issue before? How did you resolve it? Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you!
