paper based PR doubt

Hi guys .
I need some answer for a question which is little complex.
I want to ask that can i leave canada and go back home after getting my AOR of paper filing PR and stay In india till the decision is made
Or
I need to be working while the file is in process that is almost a year.

depend on which program you apply. If your program is under job offer, you have to work with this employment until the whole application be finished. if your program is not under job offer such as oinp master stream. you can go while the file is in process
