this time asking for a friend. Her pr application is still in progress, she is worried because her CELPIP test will expires on July. The application will be turning one year next month.
1. is that expiration of her English test will have an effect on her pr application? pnp non-express entry paper based.
2 does she need to take a new english test?

Application received : April 19.2020
medical report: october 15/2020
Exam passed : October 28.2020
pre arrival letter:november 19,2020
Review of additional documents: We do not need additional documents
interview:We do not need an interview. we will send you a message if this changes
Biometrics: we do not need your fingerprints.we will send you a message if this changes
Background check: We are processing your background check. we will send you a message if we need more information
final decision: your application is in pricess . we will send you a message once the final decision has been made

After the pre arrival letter there has no been any other update... I want to know if anyone with similar dates already got an update or if anyone knows how behind they are . IN my timeline at the cic website it says 81% completed but i still havent got asked for anything else
