Hello friends,
If some one overstay in Canada and married to PR, so what are the chances of get paper to that person like PR/Citizenship
2.if some on TRV in Canada and married to PR, so what are the chances of get paper to that person like PR/Citizenship

The person has to become a PR before they can become a citizen.

The person will have a good chance of becoming a PR if their relationship with the Canadian is genuine and they can prove their relationship is genuine with evidence.
