I applied 24th June, online, with the medical and police report taken care of beforehand. I still havent received a single email or anything. My classes start sep 8th, and I booked my flight for the 6th, but given they take around 8 working days from when you send your passport to return it, theres no way I'm making that flight.

I don't understand why they are taking so long with online applications. A friend applied the same day I did except on paper, and our applications were identical (uni, program etc.) and he received it a few weeks ago, whereas I have nothing.

I applied on 8th June (online). Gave Biometrics the next day and my session is starting on 8th Sept. I haven't received any single email yet So, It's all of us June applicants who have been forgotten by CIC.

I didn't book a flight yet. Though of booking a refundable one, but actually there is no real advantage in it. I am in a research masters program, so on advice of my Professor, I am not taking any courses in the first term, that's how I can join a bit later. But, even in this case, there is a limit to which I can delay..

Sheesh man...this is bad...I too am a June applicant (online) - applied on 9th June, and still to give my medical...waiting for medical request..
This is getting extremely nerve-wrecking now.. my classes too start on the 8th of Sept, however, I can join till 14th sept...

hey are doing injustice with online applicants, specially with June and on wards. classes gona start on 1st sep. Thinking of deferring.

One of my friends got refusal yesterday, the reasons are not clear. Now, he wants to apply for Caips notes to find out the exact reasons.... but we do not know how to apply for it? please give me the complete details about Caips Notes..
