Hi. I am from Pakistan currently residing in the UAE and am about to send my application to the CIO, to be processed through the London office. I have a few queries and would be grateful if some of you would help me answer them.

1. By reading through the topics, I came to understand that I do not need to send in my IELTs results right now. I have not yet done my IELTs and plan to do it immediately after I send the application to the CIO. How do I answer the question which has only two options ie. If I have taken the test, or if not, how can I prove my language proficiency?
2. In the second stage, when the Visa Office asks for documents, original transcripts in university sealed envelps are required. Since Universities in Pakistan do not re-issue transcripts and the Islamabad Office accepts notorized copies, can anyone tell me if the London Office does the same or not?.

Thanks

For London office they need orignal transcripts sealed in an university envalope.

However, they need notarized copies of your degree.

For Islamabad, they need orignals of everything not copies.

If you can't obtain them then write a letter to explain why you couldn't obtain them when you send your file to London.

Kind Regards,

Amin.

Someone is giving you wrong information. You simply need to send copies of all your documents to London office.
In case they ask you for originals then you'll send originals. If they asked you University letter then only you should contact university to send in seal envelop.

Be clear on it.

No someone is not giving you wrong information.

Look at the london office document checklist it says Notarised Copies.

Look at the Islamabad office document checklist it says send all orignals.

Peace out.

Alice.

Oh!
That means i am in big trouble. I just send them photocopies of everything i have.
Do you think its a straight rejection?

They will not reject, however they can send you another letter saying to provide them original documents, it will delay your case only but they will not reject on basis of what you have done so far....

Take care, wj

Thanks for your answer. It relieve me.
