Pakistani Applicants waiting for PPR (Stage 1 or 2 letters) from CHC London

Dear Friends

I am new to the forum and want to have your valuable advice for my real concern.
I have landed Calgary in last week of June 2013 and returned back to my home country within 35 days without receiving PR card. I have received my SIN and health card on same Calgary mail box (relative address) whereas PR card still awaited. Its almost four months passed…
By exploring cic website, following options are available:

If you live inside Canada and if it has been longer than the time shown above since you applied, please contact the Call Centre. (1-888-242 2100)

Or

mail/fax pdf document (IMM 5451) SOLEMN DECLARATION CONCERNING A PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD THAT WAS LOST, STOLEN, DESTROYED OR NEVER RECEIVED

Your guidance is requested in order to take what further actions required or still have to wait silently.

AOA all......ALHAMDULILLAH......I HAD Pearson airport yesterday...without any question and problem even with less POF...but make a good and long list of following things with picture (2 copies 1 for you and 1 for office record).28kg two pieces each for 1 passenger if PIA direct flight. if not direct then 23 kg. you may ask Q I'll appreciate.

1. What are the necessary things to carry with ( in luggage / baggage ) from Pakistan?
2. If you have arranged accomodation, what is the expense / requirements ?
3. Have you shipped any other things to follow, if yes, what type of things are included?
4. What about Pakistan's customs (did they inquire about how much cash were you carrying?) or any other issues at pakistan's airport.
5. Any other material information which you think one should always keep in mind while landing / immigrating to Canada.
