I have sent my updated documents to london visa office recently. I just wrote my file no like (B000000000) on envelop and didn't write (EFL) along with file no. I want to ask all is it necessary to write (EFL) along file no or is it ok? one more thing how much time visa office time will take to issue PPR1 after submitting updated documents. I done medical in February.

File number is enough on envelop no need to worry about that. Background checks will be in progress normal time is approx. 2 months.
