i have not received a reply from LVO inspite of passing 15 days after my CSE. remember my CSE is about telling them that i have done medical while LVO E_mail me that they do not receive my MEDICAL I HOPE YOU ALL REMEMBER ITS SIMILAR SITUATION LIKE WITH OVAIS. SO WHATS YOUR SUGGESTION WHAT SHOULD I DO AS I TALKED WITH IOM TOO THEY TOLD THEY CAN NOT RE DO MEDICAL UNTILL INSTRUCTED BY VO.

and i checked on provincial nominees checklist item no.8 use of representative but actualy i dont have any representative and i didnt include this form with my application.
should i send them an email for clarification or they will consider it as a human error.

dear aftab
i got the same kind of reply from IOM when i requested them to resend my medicals to LVO.
it does mean tht IOM keep duplicate of medical results in case it is required. i strongly believe tht ur medicals must have been traced n put on file. as i told u earlier tht i never got reply to my three CSE sent in the regard.
but in order to be sure u shud send a CSE after every two weeks.
i hope n pray tht ur problem is resolved positively.

Dear Aftab
Its very rare that CHC had lost Medical .Sometimes we couldn't understand their reply for example if VO says one of the applicant's medical has not been updated or whole not updated or waiting for your medical updation IT DOESN'T mean your medical results have been lost. They update the medical on different dates due to various reasons and it is part of normal updation system.Moreover IOM has had duplicate copy and would provide on request of CHC not the applicant .therfore no worry at all.Example of ovais and some other persons who faced similar situation and got the next step letter in due course .
