But if you want to order it on your own there are two ways. If you have a friend / relative in canada it would cost you just $5. If not then you can get it from websites and it would cost around $25-$40.

First fill this form, your (relative) requester will sign it.

I ve seen that as well that's why i told Trigeminal to stop reacting to nonsense posts from both of ya....he is a true gentleman so he has stopped and above all he also apologized to all the forum members for his words(but both of ya just cant see that).if ya still can not see then see below.......

i agree with u in totality of ur post.actually these guys have some serious psychiatric issues.they need therapy.

i apolgize to all members for the language i used for both of them.

i will not reply even if i am provoked by any of them.

I know Trigeminal for quite sometime and he has contributed positively to this forum a lot much much better then both of ya.......unlike ya both keep on bashing others in an offensive way and that is not appropriate.
