You will get your passports without visas i am really sorry to say that, i am saying because now i received another call and they are ready to return my pp without visas now i have requested them to retain the pp for one day only and communicate with me again 12 hrs tomorrow then i will clear the situation whether i have the seats or not.

now ALLAH know better travel or extension or remedicals

got a call from CHC islamabad 2 hrs ago, now they are asking that either I may tarvel if they stamp the visa of expiry 04-sep-2012, stupids, but still i am trying my best for flight.

Need not to worry Saqisaqi and all those who have expired medicals as this has happened to me. The whole story I'd share once I get my visas (inshaallah) in brief, my medicals were expired and they told me to courier my original passports for visa stamping, when I let them know that for good I am unable to courier my passports outside Pakistan, they apologized for their mistake and asked me to contact my panel physician Dr. Abdul Wakeel at the earliest. It wasn't remedical, it was chest x-ray only! So for all those whose medicals are close to expiry, my limited experience suggests they would ask chest x-rays only and would extend the rest, however if you are that lucky, you'd be given the whole extension!!!

You can't travel on expired medicals... one has to travel before expiry!!! Mine was expired months ago!

Hi all,

I am new to this forum and I applied for canadian immigration independently (without a consultant/lawyer). I applied from Dubai as I was working there but now I am working in Qatar. My client application status is showing as follows:

We received your application for permanent residence on April 13, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on July 19, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the London England office on July 28, 2010. The London England office may contact you.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April 12, 2012.

Can somebody tell me what is the next step now?

Thanks all my friends for your best wishes.
A few things that members asked me are...

My PP's reached Islamabad VO on 10-08-2012
TCS called me and asked for delivery or collect in person option (I collected in person)
C.O.D charges that I paid to TCS Rs.315/-

Planned city is Calgary or Edmonton both in Alberta province.
Planned date is in October end as Air tickets or available at good price only after 1 month if I book now.
It is also enough time to packup from Pakistan and settle the matters that require time.
