Pakistani Applicants waiting for PPR (Stage 1 or 2 letters) from CHC London

Insurance Rates for new License is higher then older ones. A friend has Dodge caravan 7 seater and is paying 550$ / month for insurance. I dont have exact figures but toyota corolla will be costing 300$ + / month for insurance only. (I am talking about new models not 10 years old cars).

Yar I sincerely hope not, possible delay in PPRs post July/ Mid Aug:

- Winter starts by the time you reach (Oct/Nov) which is not good for kids from our region as it will not give them time to acclimatize.
- Winter may hamper settling down, specially if you need to get a home etc.
- Companies may not be hiring Pre Christmas/New Year, this is for professional jobs not survival jobs.

I do not know maybe I am being very presumptuous. In my personal opinion Post Medical processing should be very fast in 1 month or so. They should conduct check and whatever they want before issuing Meds so that the applicant is not bogged down by waiting and waiting.

I think it is general delay in your case and Markon as well. many Dec 2011 medicals have got PPR this month.

But why the general delay in our cases only? Response to CSEs is also not promising.

No one has exact answer we are just guessing, yesterday I have seen 2 applicants on this forum getting PPR who have done medicals in the mid of June, but south Africa visa office

I am betting on Friday being my day (I hope!). Because both Imran01 and now Rajpar whose VO was MCH had their PPRs on a Friday. Or maybe I have finally lost my mind over thinking the whole thing!

Me and njikhan have received our passports on friday too.. on 20th July 2012.

i also applied in dec2009.got meds request in mar2012 with add docs request.the main application form i think IMM0008 had changed format.i filled and validated it but i didnt knw abt the UCI so i left it blank.is it ok or we are supposed to have some UCI? asking u coz u must have sent this form and ur timeline is similar as mine.

They didnt give us UCI, i am feb 2009 applicant. Submitted IMM008 updated form last year. left this field blank either..
